Happy Late Spring!

Have you been taking the opportunity to get outside with the abundance of greenery and mild temperatures?

My attention has been pulled happily outside with new garden installations for clients, adventuring in Baja Sur, (see reel below), plus creating an unforgettable bespoke, shower event for a dear person.

This recent courtyard installation (see reel in @11Locust feed below) for Palisades Hospitality Group was an expression of collective design – our whole leadership team worked together to create the new courtyard lounge at North Block Hotel and Restaurant in Yountville. From its unique layout, to the furniture chosen and plant placement, my team and I accomplished the final installation just in time for the launch event planned for the community of Yountville.

If you are venturing in Napa this Summer, plan a stop off in the courtyard of North Block Restaurant for the Golden Hour menu of craft cocktails and delicious bites, inspired by Northern California’s coast and valleys.

Coaching Tip

My mantra right now is “The team work, makes the dream work,”  Many great wisdom teachers of mine have emphasized the importance of “not going it alone, but going together” as the great blessing of human life.  We can go faster alone, but we miss the riches of the collective brain trust.

Many of us have an early life filled with individual accomplishments, as team work can be triggering, but it doesn’t have to be if we invest the time and attention that collective work and facilitation requires.
