I have been thinking a lot about the theme of refuge this New Year, and reflecting about all the places where I take refuge when the outer world seems to be coming apart at the seams. Two things come to mind for me: nurturing my inner life, the practices I do everyday to re-set, and the coaching and consulting work I get to do with my clients to accelerate their work.

I heard the call during quarantine to move my dreams forward. Did you hear it, too? The launch of my consulting company, Allison Berardi Consulting, has been one of those dreams.
